The Arcs Pendant is part of a series of arched designs created for HAY by Belgian duo Muller Van Severen. Formed from a continuous chain of curved arches that form a single element, the Arcs shade creates a spatial volume that plays with light and shape.
The Arcs shade forms contrasts in depth, colour and shape, resulting in an elegant scalloped silhouette. Crafted in steel, Arcs is finished in several different colours or with a mirror surface and is also available as a Floor/Table Lamp.

Muller Van Severen was founded in 2011 by Belgian artist duo Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen. The couple have always been on an inspired quest for sculpturally interesting furniture objects, and their work sits somewhere between design and art, drawing on their passion for architecture and materials.
