Bye Bye Battersea. Hello Peckham!

In January 2025 we will be saying a fond farewell to our first physical space in Battersea. In our six years here it has morphed from a pure fulfilment centre into a busy space, with our offices, showroom, and warehousing, all nestled under one roof. In short it has become too busy; we need room to expand our showroom display, and a fresh environment where we can tailor the layout to how our business operates today. We are currently preparing our next spaces and they will be located a little further East in Peckham. We will occupy two adjacent and newly-built railway Arches inside a development called Brayards Road. Situated just off of Copeland Park, the area is a vibrant and bustling part of London, full of aspiration.

In the interim period between now and when we reopen in Peckham it will be necessary to close our Battersea premises on the 13th January to the 17th of January 2025 inclusive. As our stock will need to be packed safely and transported between the old and new premises, dispatching any small to medium size orders with DPD may be impossible during this transitional week. During these days we will also not be able to respond to most emails, chat or telephone enquiries. When the closed period ends, we will respond to the backlog of email enquiries in a chronological order. We may need to keep our phone lines closed for a few days after the move, to respond to emails first.

Larger furniture orders will be unaffected, as these items will be delivered to our partner installers and courier warehouses for delivery by them directly. Customers selecting any White Glove delivery service will see no delays to their orders.

Please do not order in-stock items if you need them quickly, as these can be delayed by up to 5 working days during the move. We cannot respond to emails or phone calls about whether your order is delayed, many will be. If you need to urgently cancel an order, then please send us a clear written request by email, and it will be actioned.

Customer orders will start dispatching from our new Peckham warehouse on the 18th of January 2025 (Railway Arch 843). We also welcome customer collections from this date onwards. Our new showroom (Railway Arch 844) will open in early Spring 2025, when the space is ready.
