Kaksoset by Marimekko is a towel collection made of cotton terrycloth, featuring Maija Isola's pair of cats in the Kaksoset (Finnish for 'twins') pattern. 

Made from soft cotton, with the pattern on the reverse side of the towel in a beige overtone. These towels will add an elegant and fun feel to your bathroom.

Throughout her career, Maija Isola was both a print designer and a painter. Maija often used the same motif in a painting as well as a fabric pattern. A good example is the pair of cats in the Kaksoset pattern, which appears in an almost identical form in a gouache painted by Isola.
