Colour Bin comprises a series of functional containers in solid chestnut wood and is available in two different sizes. Both sizes have their own colour palette in soft pastels. A coloured ring around the bin, routed into the timber and painted in either fluorescent pink or white paint provides an additional design detail.

Colour Bin in medium and Colour Bin in large are assembled from individual laths, but its interlinking joints, milled with a cutting-edge three-dimensional CNC machine, remain invisible. Colour Bin in Medium can be used as a waste bin in the bathroom or the lavatory or as a wastepaper basket under a table. Colour Bin in large could also serve this purpose but could also be used as a delicates laundry bin. Both come with a lid equipped with a delightful leather lug handle detail.

Harmony: Minimarisuto with a twist

Proportion, materials, finish, colour: KNS has nailed it in this box-bin container. The transparent colour wash that they use on the the wooden slatted curves is cut through with an eye popping and yet subtle flash of colour. Genius. It looks divine and feels heavenly.
